One rider obliterated Michael Dunlop’s race record by 32 seconds in this stunning 2015 Superstock Race, which saw the top four riders all inside the old mark.
Early leader, Michael Dunlop took charge of the race, but Ian Hutchinson was keen to make it a second win of the week and was chasing him across the opening lap - moving up from third to second in minutes.
By lap two, Guy Martin was up to third, with the top three riders all posting laps over 130mph. As the lap progressed, Hutchinson started to reel in Dunlop, the gap getting smaller at every timing point. In the meantime, Lee Johnston, James Hillier and Peter Hickman were battling it out for leader board positions.
As the race drew to a close, Hutchinson and Dunlop continued their game of cat and mouse, with the Hutchinson finally edging ahead - the battle for the winner’s podium going all the way to the chequered flag!
Johnston won the fight for third, his first TT podium finish, with the overall victor taking home his tenth TT triumph.
